Late Fee Charges:
A late fee assessment of $20.00 will be applied to all accounts that are paid after the due date.
Any pick-ups after designated pick up time, will receive an assessment fee of $1.00 for each minute thereafter.
Prorated rates may be applied approximately at mid-month for new participants only upon registration.

“OUR HOURS” After School Recreation Program
The “Our Hours” Afterschool Recreation Program is an all inclusive activity based youth program staffed by recreation professionals with a goal of providing a CLEAN, SAFE and Structurally FUN recreation experience for youth ages 6-17. Direct services include, but are not limited to, homework assistance and tutoring, fine and physical arts, traditional recreation games, Kids Meal Program, athletic competition and sports leagues, Therapeutic Programming, character and leadership development, arts and crafts, exposure outings and more.

Monday thru Thursday, 3 – 8:30 pm and Friday, 3 – 7 pm.

Summer RAYS is a 9 week program held June 20-August 17, 2017. This wholesome, educational, fun-filled, and stimulating program offers activities for youth ages 6-12, with special programming for teens ages 13-17. Site activities will include sports, group games, arts/crafts, music/dance, exposure outings, character/leadership development, social activities, and many other exciting activities.
All Summer RAYS sites will operate Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Closed July 3rd & 4th.
Complimentary USDA breakfast/lunch program included.
ALL SITES ARE CLOSED EXCEPT: Cradock Middle (TR Inclusion), J.E. Parker Rec. Center (TEEN)
One-time Registration Fee: $25 for each child
